Terms and Conditions of Sale

Version in force as of October 10, 2026

Article 1: Purpose and scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) govern all sales concluded on the website trybamora.com between Bamora (the “Seller”) and any non-professional individual making a purchase (the “Customer”).

Any order placed on the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms. The Customer declares that they have read them before confirming their order, by ticking the box provided for this purpose.

The Seller reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in force on the date of the order.

Article 2: Seller identification

  • Name: Bamora
  • Status: Sole proprietor
  • Address: Paris, France
  • SIRET: 824 708 986 00016
  • Email: contact@trybamora.com

Article 3: Nature and features of the products

3.1 Nature of the products

The products sold are textile comfort and support items. They are not medical devices, do not fall under Regulation (EU) 2017/745, and make no therapeutic claims.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, relieve, cure or prevent any disease. They do not replace medical advice. In case of pain, persistent discomfort or doubt, the Customer is invited to consult a healthcare professional.

3.2 Features

The essential features of each product (composition, available sizes, care instructions) are presented on the corresponding product page. Photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect match, particularly in terms of color, due to display settings.

3.3 Origin and provenance

The products are designed by Bamora and manufactured by partners located in Asia. They are shipped from Asia.

Article 4: Availability

Products are offered subject to the stock available from our partners. The Seller checks beforehand that the products offered for sale are actually available.

If a product is found to be unavailable after the order, the Customer is informed as soon as possible and may obtain either an equivalent substitute product, with their agreement, or cancellation of their order and a full refund of the amounts paid, no later than fourteen (14) days after being informed.

Article 5: Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included for deliveries to mainland France, excluding delivery costs, which are shown separately before the order is confirmed.

The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the rate in force when the order is confirmed.

The total amount due, including all costs, is displayed before final confirmation of the order.

Article 6: Orders

6.1 Process

The order follows these steps: selecting the product(s) and size, checking the cart, entering contact details and delivery address, choosing the delivery method, accepting these Terms, choosing the payment method, and confirming payment.

Confirmation of payment constitutes firm and final acceptance of the order and concludes the contract. The Customer acknowledges that clicking to confirm creates an obligation to pay.

6.2 Confirmation

A summary email is sent to the Customer at the address provided. It is the Customer’s responsibility to check that the information given is accurate, in particular the delivery address. The Seller cannot be held liable for a data-entry error made by the Customer.

6.3 Refusal of orders

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears abnormal, involves a prior payment dispute, or is suspected of fraud.

6.4 Paid options

In accordance with Article L.221-5 of the French Consumer Code, no paid option is pre-ticked. Any additional charge requires the Customer’s express consent.

Article 7: Payment

Payment is made online, at the time of the order, by the means offered on the Site: bank card via Shopify Payments / PayPal / Apple Pay.

Transactions are secured by the payment provider. Bamora has no access to full bank details.

The order is processed only after payment has actually been received.

Article 8: Delivery

8.1 Area

Deliveries are made to mainland France.

8.2 Delivery times

The indicative delivery time is 4 to 8 business days from order confirmation, including preparation time and transit time.

In accordance with Article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Seller undertakes in any event to deliver within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the conclusion of the contract.

8.3 Liability

In accordance with Article L.221-15 of the French Consumer Code, the Seller is fully liable for the proper performance of the order, including when shipping is carried out by a third-party logistics partner.

8.4 Late delivery

If the stated time is exceeded, the Customer may, in writing (email or registered letter), formally require the Seller to deliver within an additional reasonable period. If delivery does not take place within this new period, the Customer may terminate the contract in writing. The Seller then refunds the full amount paid no later than fourteen (14) days after termination.

8.5 Damaged or non-conforming parcel

The Customer is advised to check the condition of the parcel upon receipt. In case of damage or missing items, the Customer is invited to note reservations with the carrier and to contact our customer service as soon as possible, attaching photographs.

8.6 Customs duties

When products are shipped from a country outside the European Union, any duties and taxes applicable on import are borne by the Seller and included in the displayed price. [Alternative: borne by the Customer.]

Article 9: Right of withdrawal

9.1 Principle

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason or bear any penalty.

Where the order covers several products delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last product.

9.2 Extended commercial guarantee

Independently of the statutory right of withdrawal, Bamora grants a 90-day commercial satisfaction guarantee from receipt, under the conditions described in our Returns Policy. This contractual guarantee is in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal and does not replace it.

9.3 How to exercise it

The Customer notifies their decision by any unambiguous statement, in particular:

9.4 Returning the product

The Customer returns the product no later than fourteen (14) days after communicating their decision, to the address provided by customer service.

Return costs are borne by the Customer.

The product must be returned in a condition that allows it to be resold: not worn beyond what is necessary to try it on, complete, with its tags. The Customer may be held liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond trying it on.

9.5 Refund

The Seller refunds the full amount paid, including standard delivery costs, no later than fourteen (14) days from recovering the product or from receiving proof of shipment, whichever of these events occurs first.

The refund is made using the same payment method as the one used for the order, unless the Customer expressly agrees otherwise.

Article 10: Statutory guarantees

Independently of any commercial guarantee, the Seller remains bound by the following statutory guarantees.

10.1 Legal guarantee of conformity

The Customer has a period of two (2) years from delivery of the goods to act under the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code).

They may choose between repair and replacement of the goods, subject to the cost conditions set out in Article L.217-12. They are exempt from proving that the lack of conformity existed during the twenty-four (24) months following delivery.

In the event of a lack of conformity, the Customer may obtain a price reduction or termination of the contract in the cases provided for in Article L.217-14.

The legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of any commercial guarantee that may be granted.

10.2 Guarantee against hidden defects

The Customer may also act under the guarantee against hidden defects in the item sold (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code), within two (2) years from discovery of the defect. They may then choose between cancelling the sale and a price reduction.

10.3 Implementation

Any request under the statutory guarantees must be sent to contact@trybamora.com, together with a description of the defect and photographs.

Article 11: Customer service and complaints

Any complaint may be sent:

The Seller undertakes to reply within 48 business hours.

Article 12: Consumer mediation

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge:

[Mediator name and contact details]

Recourse to mediation requires that a written complaint was first sent to the Seller and that no agreement was reached within one month.

Article 13: Liability

The Seller cannot be held liable for use of the product that does not comply with its intended purpose or with the usage recommendations shown on the product page.

The Seller’s liability cannot be engaged in cases of force majeure or an unforeseeable and unavoidable act of a third party.

Nothing in these Terms limits the rights that the Customer holds under the mandatory provisions of the Consumer Code.

Article 14: Personal data

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Article 15: Intellectual property

All elements of the Site are protected. No rights are transferred to the Customer as a result of their order.

Article 16: Partial invalidity

If any clause of these Terms is declared invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

Article 17: Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, and after failure of an amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction. Consumer Customers may bring proceedings, at their choice, before the court of the place where they lived at the time the contract was concluded or when the harmful event occurred.
